Overall, I had a great experience. I had a tire blowout on Highway 69 and quickly realized that I didn’t have a jack or a spare tire in my car. I called Saddle River Tow, and they answered immediately. In less than an hour, both my car and I were safely delivered to my house. Rocky was extremely helpful, professional, and had a great sense of humor that helped lighten the situation during a stressful time. I had my truck stuck down in the backside of my property. It’s a heavy F250 diesel Tremor and it was buried to the frame. Rocky was out here within 30 minutes and ran 200ft of chain and straps and had me out and going again in no time. Don’t call anyone else, this company if fast, affordable, and takes care and pride in what they do not to damage your vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you guys for such an awesome job that you do.
